Absolutely Amazing!

We own a business that requires very specific specialty labels and we had been using a different label company previously and were incredibly disappointed. They were slow, incompetent and had completely cleaned house of their more seasoned staff since our original experience with them years ago...and the inexperienced staff they brought in was totally clueless. Our orders were wrong, we could never get a response to correct basic mistakes and our orders were completely backed up. We had needed these labels for a huge holiday campaign launch we had already invested thousands of dollars and they totally dropped the ball. They had nothing to offer but a lame, insincere apology. My husband did a lot of research in hopes to find a great replacement that would do their best to meet our high standards as well as our deadline. We are so happy to have found Primeflex Labels and I can't tell you how thrilled I am we had Ali helping us. She knew we'd had a bad experience and went above and beyond to make us happy and get our labels done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. The end results were AMAZING! They are organized, professional, articulate and gave us unparalleled customer service. We will always recommend them and we will never use anyone else for our business.
